Research №2.: Frequency of usage words/word combinations in speeches of RF presidents' from 1.1.1999 till 12.31.2009..

In this research there was made an attempt to count how many times presidents of Russia (from 1.1.1999 till 12.31.2009) said key (for our work) words in their speeches (information was took from http://search.kremlin.ru).
So we get (unit- quantity of coincidence):
Innovation- 520;
Innovat...- 1186;
Investment (capital) - 2795;
Investing- 447;
Investment - 2620;
Institutional- 269.
To compare with lets see words from other fields:
Space- 862;
Cosmic- 1457;
Aircraft building- 286;
Shipbuilding- 236;
Bank- 2217;
Industry- 2750;
Science- 4147;
Public health- 2341;

Social protection- 750;
Foreign policy- 1479;
Defense- 3352;
National security- 1041;
Party development- 27;
Elections- 2927;
Democracy- 1055;
Human rights- 1697.

Even without graphic it is evident that the most used word are: "science", "defense", ''elections", "investment (capital)". Nothing more can be said about it- everything is apparently from figures.

But only one thing should be added:
if we calculate "Innovation"+ "Innovat..."+ "Investment (capital) "+ "Investing"+ "Investment" + "Institutional"= 520+1186+2795+447+2620+269= 7837 - it is incomparably much with other words above.

Resuming we should said that innovation, institutionalization plays a big role in economy of Russia that is clearly seen from figures that we showed above.
