This work is dedicated to problems of financing the real sector. And we consider the most difficult part of it: innovation,
investment projects with accent in high-technology projects.
As a decision we offer institutional innovation- I6Bureau (or RosInvest-
Project - the same as I6Bureau, but it is Russian segment of it).
Eestablishing of I6Bureau should qualitative change the situation in the financing of real sector, improve quantity
and quality of investment crediting.
